Well... I know a place where your inner child would love to go and it is right in downtown Hampton....

It's the Hampton Carousel.... As a child it was my first and favorite thing to do at Buckroe Beach Amusement Park... I remember grabbing my dad by the hand to hurry him along. Even now, the sight of those beautiful horses and the lilting sound of the organ make me smile......
When Buckroe Beach Amusement Park closed in 1985, the Carousel was disassembled and sent to R&F Designs
in Bristol CT.... between 1988 and 1991 it was restored to its original beauty and glory.
In 1992 it was placed in its own building across from the Air and Space Museum along the Hampton waterfront for all to enjoy!
